Frequently asked questions
What counts as a screen?
A screen is one entry in the console with its own playlist and settings. Several TVs can be paired to the same screen and play in sync; they count once.
How is billing handled?
Monthly in arrears for the screens paired during the month, by invoice. You can add and remove screens at any time and cancel monthly. When the trial ends, your screens pause and the TV shows a "trial ended" notice until your company is activated; nothing is deleted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. For 14 days you can use every feature on up to 10 screens, without a credit card. After that, every paired screen costs €9 per month.
Are there discounts for many screens or annual payment?
Write to hello@screenbutler.app with the number of screens; fleets from 50 screens get an individual offer.
Is VAT included?
Prices are net; VAT is added on the invoice where applicable.
